BACK / KNEE PROBLEMS

It has been said that at least 80% of the people will suffer from back pain at some stage in their lives, so most of us will experience it. It is recommended to maintain a strong and flexible back in order to avoid back problems or back pain reoccurrence.

Exercising is good for back pain, but not all exercises are beneficial for everyone. This depends on each person’s back (strength, flexibility, range of movement) and if there was a recent injury or pain in the back. For this reason, a specific exercise routine should be followed and closely monitored according to the individual’s needs and progress.

One of the best ways to cure knee pain is by doing knee strengthening exercises. People who do these exercises have stronger muscles to support the knee joints. They also recover from knee injuries much quicker and reduce the chances of suffering from knee problems again.
